Ingredients
50 pieces Oreo cookie
120g Cream cheese
1 cup White Chocolate
Method
Seperate the cream & oreo cookie
Crash the oreo cookies finely.
On separate bowl, mix the cream cheese & oreo cream
Add the crushed oreo cookies to the cream cheese mix, mix well. The texture of the mixture should be rather moist.
Use a ice cream scoop or measuring spoon, scoop a spoonful of the mixture & roll into balls.
Place the balls into fridge for at least 2hrs.
Temper the white chocolate over stove or in microwave oven.
Remove the oreo balls from fridge
Place cake pop stick on top of oreo ball
Dip oreo ball into white chocolate. (The layer should be thin.) Lightly tap off the excess white chocolate & place cake pop on stand to cool.
