Chia Seed Pudding with Strawberries and mangoes

Chia Seeds are excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.

It is also known for reducing risk of many adverse health conditions, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and overall mortality. At the same time, chia seeds is reported to support a healthy complexion, increased energy, and overall lower weight.


  1. 1 tbsp chiaseeds

  2. 1/4 cup rice milk

  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla essense

  4. 1tsp pure maple syrup

  5. 1-2tbsp granola

  6. Quarter mango (cubes)

  7. 5 Strawberries puree

  8. 4-5 blueberries

  9. 1 pecan nut

  10. Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Mix Chia seed, rice milk, vanilla essense & pure maple syrup in a mason jar or glass and leave it in the fridge for at least 3hrs or overnight for the chia seeds to set

  2. In the morning, remove the chia seed mixture from the fridge.

  3. Add Granola on top of tgw set chia seed pudding, sprinkle some cinnamon & add strawberries puree

  4. Top up with mango cubes, blueberries and add 1 pecan.

  5. Serve while cold.
