Ingredients
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1kg Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla essense
2 dps of Doterra lemon essential oil
4 eggs
Methods
Preheat oven to 175°c
Break the digestive biscuits into cramps
Add 2 tbsp sugar and melted butter to the digestive cramps
To make the base, transfer the combine to a 22cm round baking pan and press the combine firmly onto the bottom of pan.
Beat cream cheese & sugar in a mixer.
Add vanilla essense & lemon essential oil.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each until blended.
Pour the mixture over base.
Bake the cake for 55 min atb175°c or until center is almost set.
Remove from oven and cool the cake for 15min. Loosen the rim to remove cake.
