Overnight oats with Strawberries & Blueberries

I am not a fan of oats. However, this recipe is too yummy & makes me oats differently now.


  1. 1/2 cup oats

  2. 1 tsp chia seed

  3. 1/2 cup rice milk (you can use any other milk that you like)

  4. 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  5. 1 tbsp maple syrup

  6. A handful of strawberries (slice) & Blueberries


  1. Pour the oats & chia seeds into.a Mason jar and add rice milk.

  2. Add Greek yogurt & drizzle maple syrup on top. (You may use honey if you prefer)

  3. Finally top up the jar with Strawberries & Blueberries.

  4. Close the jar with lid & leave it overnight in fridge.

Come morning, you just need to open the jar, mix it up & enjoy yummy breakfast. It’s cold, super yummy.& very healthy too.
