Mix Fruit, Chia Seeds & Greek Yoghurt
Greek yoghurt is a great source of protein, calcium, iodine, and potassium. It is made from whole milk, containing “live cultures” and probiotic. It is an excellent choice for our breakfast and also our baby’s early food.
Sharing with you a quick breakfast idea. This one make my 3 year old ask for more!
Diced some favourite fruits (suggest strawberries, blueberries, orange, kiwi, melon) add Greek yoghurt and Chia Seeds.
I like to add some almond or pecan nuts to give it some crunch. You might like to drizzle some raw honey or pure maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth.
