What to eat in Gloriette, Makati?

I landed at Manila airport at 1am, slept late and missed my breakfast at Dusit Thani, a beautiful thai hotel with warm smily greeting staff everywhere you go.

Across the hotel is SM centre, houses a mega supermarket that carries wide choices of local and international items. It’s a surprise to see a “Singapore girl” greeting in the center if the mall promoting 1st class cabin. Wow! “Who are the target audiences in this mall?” I thought.

The malls connect to Gloriette to Landmark… From level 1-3, we found various French, Italian, Japanese restaurant and a few other international cuisine. One of the hotel staff recommended Red Kimono or Vietnamese Pho.

My choice – Hand made Ravioli, a must try in level 2 Gloriette. I recommend Spinach & Feta Cheese Ravioli. The ravioli is light and the taste is perfect with chef’s home made tomato base. It is simply Delizioso!

There is another interesting place that capture my eyes. Would you like some fearless fried chicken, bully boy burger or starving sailor sandwich served with libertea?

There is a food mall in the highest mall where one can find local delicacy but they were not open at 10am and I have to give it a missed.
